Uni-ball's Australian operation — part of Mitsubishi Pencil, present in the region since 1982 — needed a full storefront overhaul for a globally recognized writing-instruments brand, not a from-scratch build.
The Problem
Their existing WordPress/WooCommerce storefront no longer matched the brand's product range or the performance expectations of an established consumer brand's customer base.

An existing, live storefront with real customers — the redesign had to ship without disrupting an operating eCommerce business, and stay on WooCommerce to match their existing stack.
