Tell Us What
You're Building.
We don't do generic proposals. Before we write a line of code, we need to understand exactly what you're building and why it matters. Fill out the brief — we'll respond with our honest read.

contact@innovaxel.comWhat Happens After You Send
No black hole. No generic auto-reply. Here's exactly what the next few weeks look like.
We read your brief
A real person reviews your submission — not a bot, not a sales rep on a script. We look at the problem, the timeline, and the budget before we respond. Expect a reply within one business day.
30-minute call
We schedule a focused call to understand the depth of the problem. No pitch. No deck. We ask questions, you ask questions, and we both figure out if there's a genuine fit.
An honest scope
We send a written proposal that covers scope, timeline, team composition, and price. If we think the approach should be different from what you asked for, we say so — with reasoning.
Week one is architecture
Once you approve the proposal, we don't go straight to building. Week one is spent on architecture decisions, tech stack alignment, and environment setup — the work that determines everything else.
