We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies to track sessions, understand traffic sources, and measure engagement with our content.

• IP addresses are anonymised before storage — we cannot identify individual visitors from Analytics data.
• Data is processed by Google LLC under our data processing agreement. Google's data may be stored on servers in the United States.
• We do not use Google Analytics advertising features (remarketing lists, interest-based reports) through GA4.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our website and tools, such as which steps of our AI Readiness Assessment people complete and which buttons (like “Book a Free Scoping Call”) get clicked. PostHog sets a cookie and uses local storage to recognise your device across page views.

• By default, PostHog tracks you as an anonymous visitor identified only by a randomly generated ID.
• If you submit our contact form, book a meeting, or complete the AI Readiness Assessment, we link that anonymous history to your name and email address so we can see the journey that led to your enquiry.
• Data is processed by PostHog Inc. under our data processing agreement and may be stored on servers in the United States.
• You can request deletion of the data PostHog holds about you by contacting us at contact@innovaxel.com.

We run advertising campaigns through Google Ads. To measure whether our ads lead to meaningful actions on our website — such as submitting a contact form or booking a meeting — we use Google Ads conversion tracking (tag ID: AW-17991131357).

• When you click one of our ads and complete a goal action (e.g., submitting a project enquiry), a cookie is set to record the conversion.
• This data is shared with Google and used only to measure ad performance — not to identify you personally.
• We may use remarketing tags that allow Google to show Innovaxel ads to visitors who have previously visited our website, subject to your ad personalisation settings.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google by visiting google.com/settings/ads or by adjusting your settings in the Google Privacy & Terms dashboard.

You have several options for controlling cookies. Note that blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is currently no agreed standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, our website does not alter its behaviour in response to them. You can use the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 7 above to limit tracking regardless of your DNT browser setting.
