Innovaxel is a software engineering company with offices in Lahore, Pakistan and Dubai, UAE. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

These Terms apply to general website use. Separate agreements — including master service agreements, statements of work, and NDAs — govern client engagements and take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

These Terms do not govern ownership of deliverables created under client engagements. IP ownership, assignment, and licensing for all client projects are defined in the applicable engagement agreement (master service agreement and/or statement of work). Our standard position, documented in individual client contracts, is:

• Custom code, designs, and deliverables built specifically for a client are assigned to the client upon full payment, as specified in the engagement agreement.
• Pre-existing Innovaxel tools, frameworks, libraries, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Innovaxel. Clients receive a licence to use them as part of the delivered product.
• Third-party open-source components incorporated into deliverables are governed by their respective open-source licences.
• All engagements include a signed NDA covering the confidentiality of client business information, technical specifications, and project details.

The articles, engineering guides, and technical content published in our Insights section are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

• Blog content represents the views and experiences of our engineering team at the time of writing. Technology evolves rapidly — verify any technical information before applying it in production.
• Nothing published in our blog constitutes professional advice, a warranty of any outcome, or a representation that any technique or approach will work in your specific context.
• You may share links to our blog posts. You may not reproduce the full text of an article elsewhere without written permission.

Case studies published on this website are used with client consent or describe publicly available products. They are intended to illustrate Innovaxel's capabilities and past delivery — not as guarantees of equivalent outcomes for future engagements.

• Outcome metrics referenced in case studies reflect specific project contexts and cannot be guaranteed for other engagements.
• Client names, logos, and project details are used in accordance with applicable confidentiality agreements and client consent.

Career listings on this website are published in good faith and reflect active hiring intent at the time of publication. Innovaxel reserves the right to close or modify any listing at any time without notice.

• Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview or employment offer.
• Application data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained for up to 12 months following a hiring decision.
• We do not charge candidates any fees at any stage of our hiring process. If you are asked to pay a fee in connection with an Innovaxel role, it is fraudulent — please report it to us.
