Overview
Innovaxel's community work focuses on three areas: mentorship, practical skills development, and economic enablement. Our programmes are designed to complement formal education — not replace it — by providing the applied context and industry exposure that most academic curricula cannot deliver at scale.

Mentees complete a skills and goals assessment. We match them with engineers whose expertise and career path align with their goals.

Outcome & Alumni
Programme graduates enter our alumni network, receive job placement support, and have the option to become mentors themselves in future cohorts.
